Founded in 2025, Roston Co has clients including manufacturers and technology startups, as well as small, midsize, and Fortune 500 defense contractors. Emily left her full-time job to help American companies, especially small businesses and teams, fix inefficiencies and make their work more enjoyable and profitable. She sees that practical work as her contribution to an enduring U.S. industrial base.
Emily Roston, Principal Consultant and Owner, brings 15 years of project execution experience across technology, R&D, defense, and health for federal and private sector clients. She has worked with dozens of companies, laboratories, academic institutions, and federal customers on projects from small R&D efforts to large programs. She has experience supporting federally funded research and development projects on both the developer and government sides, giving her insight into what each party needs to succeed and how to navigate the complex work involved. She currently supports companies in biomedical technology, AI, manufacturing, and professional services.
She holds an MBA from The Wharton School in Operations & Marketing. Emily leads client work and brings in specialists and administrative support when needed.
